Glen of Aherlow

Glen of Aherlow ( ir: Gleann Eatharlaí ) is a green valley in County Tipperary in Ireland. It lies between the Galtee Mountains and the wooded ridge Slievenamuck. The valley is bordered by the towns of Galbally and Bansha. Through the valley of the small river flows Aherlow (Irish At Eatharlach or Abhainn na hEatharlaí ) which flows into the Suir.
