Gloria Foster

Gloria Foster ( * November 15, 1933 in Chicago, † 29 September 2001 in New York City ) was an American actress. She received through the science fiction films The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix, in which she played the character of the oracle, great fame.

Foster won after a long career in the theater two Obie Awards for her performances in In White America and A Raisin in the Sun. Supporting Actress, she was in TV series such as I Spy and Law & Order.

She died in New York City from the consequences of their diabetic disease and was interred in the Cypress Hills Cemetery in Brooklyn.
