Gloria Marín

Gloria Ramos Luna ( born April 19, 1919 in Mexico City, † April 13, 1983 ibid ) was a Mexican actress who was known in her native country during the golden age of Mexican cinema as " La precoz Glorina ".

Life

Marín, the daughter of a dancer and an industrialist began her stage career in childhood to her mother, who used them early in their theater group and in the venues of the Mexican capital, presented as "La precoz Glorina " the page. Later Marín received by her stage acquaintance with Joaquín Pardave the opportunity for her first movie role for which she, however, had to remove several pounds. With 15 years Marín married the forwarder Arturo Vargas; later they lived together with the " Crooner of Mexico " Fernando Fernández, before she met the actor Abel Salazar. Between 1938 and 1941 she turned eighteen films, including El gendarme desconocido with Cantinflas and Jorge Negrete in addition to ¡ Ay Jalisco, no te Rajes! . For her role in Si Adelita se fuera con otro Marín was nominated for the Premio Ariel, but lost to María Félix.
