Gloria Reuben

Gloria Reuben ( born June 9, 1964 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian actress.

Life

Gloria Reuben is the youngest of six siblings. The daughter of a Jamaican gospel singer and an architect, was inspired by her mother and her older brother Denis Simpson, a Broadway actor to learn to play the piano and later to study music theory, ballet and jazz at the Canadian Royal Conservatory in Toronto.

1996 designated the U.S. weekly magazine People Gloria Reuben as one of the 50 Most Beautiful People. Since 1999 she has been married to music producer Wayne Isaac.

Film, Television and Music

After leaving school, Gloria Reuben moved to Los Angeles and began working as an actress and model. She first appeared on television they had in 1985 with the children's show Polka Dot Door. Charity work

Gloria Reuben supports the Waterkeeper Alliance and is especially active in various HIV / AIDS projects, such as the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Planned Parenthood and Artists for a new South Africa ( ANSA ).
