Use of jump rescue equipment

The use of jump rescue equipment is connected to both the fire brigade and for the person to be rescued with considerable risks. The risks increase with increasing jump height. From a height of 8 or 16 meters, the risk is disproportionately large, so that the application of jump rescue equipment is extremely problematic then. Basically Rescue blankets are only used because of the high risks if no other escape routes longer available.

In all jump rescue equipment is to be noted that these are made ready for use in the vicinity of the actual take-off site and brought in final position only after complete construction. This avoids that people jump too early.

Practice jumps

After the accident prevention regulations of the fire departments and by the relevant operating practice or show jumps are forbidden to jump rescue equipment.
