Gobblet is a board game for two players by Thierry Denoual. It was released in 2001 by Blue Orange Games, in 2003 and 2006 Gigamic HUCH & friends. The game is played on a 4 × 4 squares large board. The two players take turns placing one of its 12 jewels. The stones vary in size and hollow, so that larger stones can obscure smaller. The winner, who will make it with four stones of his color to form a horizontal, vertical or diagonal row.

The game is influenced by the tactics and takes about 15 minutes.

Regulate

Each player will receive 3 sets of a 4 per Gobblets, in the type of matryoshka - resembling puppet stones. This makes it next to the game board and now the player will take turns train. In each case a (visible ) Gobblet must move, that is either newly brought into play ( on a free field ) or drawn and when the field is occupied by the enemy, will be drawn by slipping. Gobblet reached 3rd place in the Swiss game prize in the category of family games, and in 2004 awarded the games in France Price Jeu de l' Année the final round in 2003.
