Gobisaurus was a genus of bird Beck dinosaurs from the group of Ankylosauria, who lived in the Upper Cretaceous in East Asia.

System

Nearest relative of Gobisaurus likely to have been living in the same region ( but earlier pre- arrived ) Shamosaurus. Gobisaurus and Shamosaurus form an unnamed clade the sister taxon of Ankylosaurinae, the more developed Ankylosauridae were (see Nomenclature of Ankylosauridae ).
