The river Gojeb is located in Ethiopia, near the town Shebe.

He has traveled in October 2002 as part of the expedition " adventure Ethiopia " by expedition leader Bauböck Reinhold and his team for the first time. The Expedietion took a total of six days. The navigation of the river began in Amiyo and ended at the river mouth in the Omo, a total of 180 kilometers were covered. Also the Omo is frequented later this about 820 miles.
