Golden Globe Cecil B. DeMille Award

The Cecil B. DeMille Award has been awarded since 1952 by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association in recognition of the lifetime achievements of filmmakers. Every year the winners during the awarding of the Golden Globes will be announced. The name of the award is reminiscent of the film director Cecil B. DeMille.
