Golden Valley is a city in Hennepin County in the U.S. state of Minnesota. It is located west of Minneapolis in the metropolitan region of the Twin Cities and has around 20,000 inhabitants.

Geography

Golden Valley is located about eight kilometers west of downtown Minneapolis. According to the United States Census Bureau, the area of ​​the city is 27.2 square miles, of which 0.7 square miles of water.

History
