The Gonzaga University is a private university located in Spokane, Washington State. She is a Jesuit high school and one of 28 member institutions of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities. Currently, 6,375 students are enrolled.

History

The Gonzaga University was founded in 1887 by Father Joseph Cataldo, one coming from Italy priest. The university is named after Aloysius Gonzaga.

Sports

The sports teams are called the Gonzaga University Bulldogs. The university is a member of the West Coast Conference. Through their basketball team the little college in the country is a term. Thus, the Gonzaga University has also produced several NBA players.
