Google Pack
Google Pack was from December 2006 to 2011 by the company Google Inc. given out, free software package. According to Google, it was contained in the programs to " specifically selected by Google software ", who have been ready to start in a few clicks. Google Pack was discontinued in 2011 due to the declining number of downloads.
Included Software
The Google Pack contained last eleven programs, five programs of the Google group, four programs from other companies, and two optional programs. In the online installation all programs are individually turned on or deselected.

- Google Earth, to display a virtual globe on the basis of satellite and aerial photographs,
- Picasa, a photo management application,

- Google Chrome, a browser developed by Google.

In addition, Google Pack contains four programs from other manufacturers:
- Adobe Reader, a program to view and annotate PDF files
- Mozilla Firefox, a popular web browser, with pre-installed Google Toolbar
- Avast! Home Edition, a free antivirus program
- Spyware Doctor anti-spyware program
Before Avast! Home Edition was included in the Google Pack, it contained Norton Security Scan, a tool for the detection of viruses, but virus removal referred to the website of Norton, where you can buy a paid software with this function.
Optional software
To the optional Download Google Pack provides two programs available:
- Realplayer, a multi-media player for videos, music and live streams
- Skype, a VoIP program to make phone calls via the Internet (surcharge also to the ordinary telephone network)
