Gordon J. Garradd

John Gordon Garradd (* 1959) is an Australian photographer, astronomer and discoverer of asteroids.

Between 1993 and 2000 he discovered a total of 29 asteroids. In addition, there are four novae in the Large Magellanic Cloud and 16 comet on its discoverer list.

He worked on various astronomical institutes in the United States and Australia. He is currently working at the Siding Spring Observatory, where he puts his emphasis on the observation of Near-Earth objects.
