Gordon (Scottish Parliament constituency)

Gordon was a constituency of the Scottish Parliament. It was introduced in 1999 as one of nine constituencies of North East Scotland electoral region, which was cut in the new part of the revision of constituencies in 2011 and extended to ten constituencies. Here, the Gordon constituency was abolished. It included territories of the Council Areas Aberdeenshire and Moray with the cities of Huntly, Inverurie and Keith. The regions are largely absorbed into the new constituencies Aberdeenshire Aberdeenshire East and West. A western part became part of neighboring choice Highlands and Islands. It was sent a deputy.
