Gossendorf is a municipality with 893 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in the south- east of Styria in the district of Southeastern Styria. From 1 January 2015 it is merged in the Styrian municipality structural reform with the municipalities box Bach, Gniebing - Weissbach, Auer Bach, head im Raabtal, Mühldorf in field Bach and Raabau, the new community will continue to use the name " field Bach".

Geographical Location
Goss village is situated about 42 km south-east of Graz, 5 km south-east of the district capital field creek in East Styrian Hill Country.

Coat of arms
The award of the municipality coat of arms was made with effect from 1 July 1985. Coat Description: In a red slant right golden chestnut leaf and a right inverted golden angle.
