The Gosse Bluff crater ( English: Gosse Bluff crater or Gosse Bluff ) is an impact crater in the Northern Territory in Australia. It is located in the western MacDonnell Ranges and the Tnorala ( Gosse Bluff ) Conservation Reserve, around 159 kilometers west of Alice Springs.

The Gosse Bluff crater created by the impact of a meteorite probably weighing several tons to around 142.5 million years ago during the Jurassic. Its crater diameter originally was around 22 km and has decreased as a result of leveling by erosion until today to 4.83 km at 152 meters depth.

The crater is called by the Aborigines Tnorala. Of the total crater inside only a small part for visitors is released, since the field is the Aboriginal sacred. Accessible is the crater from the Namatjira Drive. For the last ten kilometers of a way to the crater of an SUV is necessary.
