Graeme Rutjes (1988 )

Graeme Wayne Rutjes ( born March 26, 1960 in Sydney, Australia ) is a former Dutch football player.

His professional debut was the defensive player in 1980 at Excelsior Rotterdam. In 1985, he moved to Belgium to KV Mechelen. With Mechelen he was Belgian champion in 1988 and won the European Cup Winners' Cup. In 1990 he moved within the league to RSC Anderlecht. With Anderlecht he was four times Belgian Champion and one Belgian Cup winners. In 1996, he finished his career.

For the Dutch national team, he played 13 times. He belonged to the Oranje squad for the 1990 World Cup in Italy.
