Graham Roberts

Graham Paul Roberts ( born July 3, 1959 in Southampton ) is a retired English footballer.

Life and career

Roberts was one of the successful team of Tottenham Hotspur, who won the FA Cup and a UEFA Cup twice. In 1986, the Englishman to Scotland to Glasgow Rangers for the equivalent of approximately € 660,000. With the Rangers, he immediately won the Scottish Cup and the Scottish League Cup a year later. In August 1988, the defender went to Chelsea. With the Blues, he was promoted to the first English league. His career trailed off at West Bromwich Albion. Internationally, he played six times for the English national football team.
