Gramsh ( Albanian: Gramshi ) is a small town in southeast Albania, with 8440 inhabitants ( 2011 census ), with the local authorities specify some 15,000 inhabitants ( 2010). The village lies in the valley of the river Devoll around 50 kilometers south of Elbasan. Gramsh is the capital of the homonymous district.

For the Ottoman period Gramsh was a small market town. During the communist period food and alcohol production sites and especially ammunition factories were built on site, so that developed Gramsh to a small town.

Since the road from Gramsh is very poorly navigable by Korçë and is regularly interrupted, the place is actually only accessible via Elbasan.
