Granada Department

Granada is a department in Nicaragua located on Lake Nicaragua.

The capital city of Granada is the city of Granada. The department has an area of 929 km ² and a total population of around 194,000 inhabitants ( 2006 calculation ) what / corresponds to a population density of about 208 inhabitants km ².

The department Granada is in turn divided into four municipios:
