Great Wall Airlines

Great Wall Airlines was a Chinese cargo airline based in Shanghai in the People's Republic of China.

History

The company was a joint venture of the Beijing Aerospace Satellite Application Corporation, Singapore Airlines Cargo and Dahlia Investments Pte Ltd from Singapore. In March 2010, China Eastern Air Holding Company took over from the Beijing Aerospace Satellite Application Corporation, a 51% share in the airline. In spring 2011, Great Wall Airlines with the cargo activities of China Eastern and Shanghai Airlines Cargo China Cargo Airlines was merged.
