Greek salad

Greek salad, Greek salad or even Choriatiki (Greek χωριάτικη σαλάτα ), is an appetizer of Greek cuisine. It consists in its simplest variant of cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, olives, feta cheese ( feta ) and onions and season with salt, pepper and dressed with olive oil.
