The members of the known from the first film hooligan group GSE of West Ham United and their opponents FC Millwall were sentenced to prison terms because of the fight in the Docklands. Location of the film is therefore the prison of Fosterville.

Right at the beginning of the film it comes in prison to a serious dispute between the GSE under its new leader Dave and also imprisoned hooligans Chelsea. Then decide the prison management to divide the GSE: Dave and two of his colleagues to be laid. These are soon a majority of Millwall fans, led by "Big Marc", opposite.
