Greenshirts (National Corporate Party)

Green Shirts (Irish Na Léinte Glasa, German: The green shirts) were the members of Eoin O'Duffys fascist National Corporate Party ( NCP abbr, irish Páirtí Náisiúnta Corparáidíoch ) called. In 1936, O'Duffy a volunteer brigade, the Irish Brigade, on the side of Franco in the Spanish civil war. After his return from Spain, O'Duffy withdrew from politics. As a result, disappeared also the Green Shirts and the National Corporate Party.
