Gregg Henry

Gregg Lee Henry ( born May 6, 1952 in Lakewood, Colorado, United States) is an American actor and singer.

Life and work

Henry began his career in 1976 with an appearance in the television series Reich & Arm II and completed since over 75 appearances in series such as Firefly, Gilmore Girls, 24, Matlock, LA Law and CSI.

In films such as Payback - Payday or Brian De Palma's Body Double, he played often seedy characters. With De Palma, he also worked in the films Scarface, Raising Cain and Femme Fatale together.

For his performances on stage, he received thirteen Drama Logue Awards, an LA Weekly Award and an award and two nominations from the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle. In 2012, he borrowed as a voice actor in the action-horror game Lollipop Chainsaw the father of the protagonist 's voice.

He is married to theater director Lisa James and lives in Los Angeles, California.
