Gregor Schnitzler

Gregor Schnitzler (* 1964 in Berlin ) is a German film director.

He was known primarily for his film debut with the feature film What to Do in Case of Fire? (2002) and the film adaptation of the play The Cloud (2006) by Gudrun Pausewang.

Biography

Schnitzler studied Social and Communication Sciences at the University of Arts in Berlin. He worked several years as a still photographer, and then began his career in 1990 as a director of music videos and commercials, of which he produced a total of 65 pieces to 1997. 1994 turned Gregor Schnitzler with a sequence of RTL series in the name of the law for the first time a long dramatic format.
