Gregory Sedoc

Gregory Sedoc ( born October 16, 1981 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch hurdler who specializes in the 110-meter distance.

At the European Athletics Championships in Munich in 2002 and at the World Athletics Championships 2003 in Paris / Saint- Denis, he reached the semi-finals each and the quarter-finals at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.

At the World Championships in Helsinki in 2005, he left in the run, at the European Championships in Gothenburg in 2006 he was disqualified in the semifinals.

In 2007 he won at the Indoor Athletics Championships in Birmingham gold over 60 meters hurdles and came at the World Championships in Osaka in the semi-finals. Also the semifinal he reached at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. Followed in 2009, a silver medal in the 60m hurdles at the European Indoor Championships in Turin, another semi-final at the World Championships in Berlin. At the European Championships in 2010 he did not come via the feed addition.

So far, he has been outdoors five times national champion in the 110m hurdles (2002, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009 ) and once in the long jump (2006), in the hall six times over 60 m hurdles (2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010).

Gregory Sedoc is 1,79 m tall and weighs 74 kg. He is trained by Ulli Knapp and Marita van Zwol and starts for the AAC Amsterdam. As a sports soldier, he dressed in the Dutch army the rank of Sergeant.
