Greifenseelauf
The Greifenseelauf is a folk and road race in the Swiss canton of Zurich, which takes place in mid-September every year since 1980.
From 1980 to 1985, the distance was 19 miles and 1986-1991 19.5 km. After that, the route to the half marathon distance ( 21.0975 km ) has been extended.
Route
The route runs counter -clockwise around the Greifensee. Start and finish are in Uster. As the half marathon is officially measured also offered since 2006 10k run. In addition is several short distances - running - especially kids series.
