Grosbliederstroff

Grosbliederstroff ( German Großblittersdorf ) is a commune with 3311 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Moselle in the Lorraine region. It is bordered by Germany and to the community Kleinblittersdorf with which it is connected by the Friendship Bridge that spans the river Saar. The town was first mentioned in 777 as Blittharia villa.

History
