Group of Ten (economic)

The G10 ( Group of Ten also, Group of Ten ) is a group founded in 1962, ten (now eleven) leading industrial nations. The founding members of USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden and Japan agreed in it, International Monetary Fund on the GAB (General Agreements to Borrow ) to provide further loans. 1983 also joined the Switzerland at the G10, where the name was retained.
