Grover Beach Amtrak Station

The Grover Beach Amtrak Station is located on the railway line Los Angeles - San Luis Obispo. It was opened after a short construction period in October 1996. The construction costs amounted to 1.6 million U.S. dollars. Despite also errichtetem office, the breakpoint is unoccupied.

The station is located on the municipal edge of Grover Beach, and together with the California State Route 1, its western edge of settlement. To the west, follows on the other side of the road a contiguous forest area, which is translated at a good 200 meters in a dune landscape and a further 200 meters to a sandy beach.

In the immediate vicinity of the station there is a bus stop in the South County Area Transit. Popular with surfers resort Pismo Beach can be reached from the station by bus 21.
