Grover Dale

Grover Dale ( born July 22, 1935 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) is an American actor, dancer and choreographer.

In the movies he made his debut as Jam alongside Debbie Reynolds in The Gold Digger- Molly (1964). The breakthrough him in 1967 with the role of Pearce in George Sidney's Half a Six Pence. In the same year he thrilled as homophilic Bill, The Young Girls of Rochefort, together with George Chakiris the favor of the sisters Françoise Dorléac and Catherine Deneuve courting in Jacques Demy (because he wants to win as Revue Girls) and then it moves on with his friend. In Hal Ashby's The Landlord (1970 ) he plays the Oscar.

Since then, mainly as a choreographer of films such as Sydney Pollack's The Way We Were, the Ryan O'Neal vehicle The freaky professor and the episodic film Aria (directed by Robert Altman, Jean -Luc Godard, Derek Jarman, Ken Russell and others).

The bisexual Dale was a few years in a relationship with actor Anthony Perkins, until he died in 1994 1973 actress Anita Morris married. His son, James Badge Dale is also an actor.
