GTUBE

GTUBE (of English. Generic Test for Unsolicited Bulk Email ) is a 68 -character test string, which is used for testing anti -spam solutions, especially those which are based on the SpamAssassin filter program.

Details

Within a so-called SpamAssassin anti -spam value of 1000 is entered with the default settings. This anti -spam value is a measure by which an anti -spam solution containing an assessment of a single e- mail in terms of features for spam. The larger this value, the more likely it is that it is in an e -mail spam (or just a spam filter test) is.

The contents of the test strings is:

XJS * C4JDBQADN1.NSBN3 * 2IDNEN * GTUBE - STANDARD - ANTI- UBE -TEST -EMAIL * C.34X It should be pasted as text into a test e- mail, no spaces or line breaks.

A possible email in RFC 822 format is this:
