The River Guadalete is a river in the Spanish province of Cádiz in southwestern Andalusia. It rises in the Sierra de Grazalema and ends after 157 km in El Puerto de Santa María in the Bay of Cádiz.

The river once constituted the border between the Moorish and Christian Spain dar.
