Guano Cormorant

The Guano Cormorant ( Phalacrocorax bougainvillii ) is a very large bird from family of cormorants. It reaches a height of up to 76 cm. Head, neck and upper side are glossy greenish- black in color, while the chin and underside are white under the neck. The face is featherless and the facial skin is colored red, pink feet against it. He has each a spot of white feathers above the eyes.

The Guano Cormorant is widespread on the western coast of South America from Peru to the south.
