Guannan County

The circle Guannan (Chinese灌南县) is a district of the prefecture-level city of Lianyungang in the northeastern Chinese province of Jiangsu. It has an area of 1,029 km ² and is 734 200 inhabitants ( 2004). Its main town is the large village Xin'an (新安镇).
