Guapirama

Guapirama ( officially Municícpio de Guapirama ) is a small town in the Brazilian state of Paraná. According to the census of 2010, the city has 3,891 inhabitants, called Guapiramenser (Portuguese guapiramense ).

Guapirama received city rights in 1964.

In the local elections in 2012 Pedro de Oliveira ( PMDB ) was elected to succeed Eduí Gonçalves ( PMDB ) to the city prefect of Guapirama.
