Gudisa Shentema
Gudisa Shentema (born 19 June 1980) is an Ethiopian marathon runner.
In 2003 he won the bronze medal at the Pan-African Games, and the following year he was fourth at the Rock 'n ' Roll Arizona Marathon.
In 2005 he qualified as fourth at the Rotterdam Marathon for the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki, where he finished in 13th place, and won the Philadelphia Half Marathon. In 2006 he finished second in the Berlin marathon and third in the 10 km de la Provence in Marseille. In a marathon, the 2007 World Championships he did not reach the goal.
In 2008 he was fourth in the Dubai Marathon, second in the Paris Half Marathon and fourth in the Paris Marathon. In 2011 he succeeded with a victory at the Hamburg Marathon a comeback.
