Guéridon

The Guéridon (Eng. " table ") is a small table, including the work of the waiter at the table of the guest.

The side table is provided with a pocket cutlery and serving cutlery sufficient. If necessary, the table is placed on the table of the guest. On it is carved, served, filleted, provided food for the after- warm, and the wine served. It is the work area for the waiting staff and also shortens the working paths.
