Guglielmo Pesenti

Guglielmo Pesenti ( born December 18, 1933 Sedrina; † July 12, 2002 in Bergamo ) was an Italian racing cyclist.

His two most successful years had Guglielmo Pesenti as an amateur in 1956, he won at the Olympic Games in Melbourne, the silver medal in the sprint, was third in this discipline at the Track World Championships in Ordrup and Italian masters in the same discipline. The following year he was in Rocourt vice-champion in the sprint and won the prestigious Sprint Classic Grand Prix de Paris. Subsequently, he was professional, but could achieve more success more.

Pesenti was the son of cyclist Antonio Pesenti.
