Guhrow, Lower Gory, is a small village with 552 inhabitants in the south-eastern part of Brandenburg. The village belongs to the Official Burg (Spreewald ).

Geography
The municipality is located in the traditional settlement area of the Sorbs / Wends. Public buildings and facilities, roads, paths, squares and bridges are labeled bilingually. The village is located on the edge of the Spreewald between the municipalities Briesen and advertising.

- Heinrich von Kleist (1777-1811), writer, lived for a time in Guhrow in the mansion. In 1797 he sold the estate to Guhrow Ludwig von Wacker Barth, the owner of the neighboring Good Briesen.
