Guido Landert

Guido Landertshammer ( born November 3, 1985 in Wattwil ) is a retired Swiss ski jumper and nordic combined.

Guido Landertshammer from SC spear Ebnat -Kappel was first Nordic combined. In the junior level and in B- World Cup, he was moderately successful. After his move to the ski jumping, he debuted in December 2005 in Lillehammer Ski Jumping World Cup. At the Four Hills Tournament, he did not participate, but started regularly thereafter in the World Cup. Even at his second in Sapporo he reached a 10th place and qualified for the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin. Here he took part in all three competitions, but could, apart from a seventh place with the team, do not achieve good ranking. His performances in the World Cup fluctuated initially. With a sixth place on the large hill in Kuusamo, he reached the start of the 2006/07 season for the first time, a result in the world rankings. After a coaching change he scored in the 2007/ 08 season, several top-30 finishes.

After the final competition of the season 2007/ 08, the ski flying in Planica, Landertshammer ended his career due to motivational problems.
