Guillermo Gonzalez (astronomer)

Guillermo Gonzalez ( born 1963 in Havana, Cuba) is an astrophysicist and advocate of Intelligent Design.

Training

Gonzalez studied astronomy and physics at the University of Arizona and received his doctorate at the University of Washington as an astronomer.

Functions

He is a senior member of the belonging to the Discovery Institute 's Center for Science and Culture, an important representative of the Intelligent Design movement and member of the International Society for Complexity, Information, and Design, which also propagated the Intelligent Design.

Academic work

Grove City College

He is associate professor of physics and astronomy at Grove City College, a private Christian university founded in 1876 in Grove City, Pennsylvania, where she works on, among other things acquired in 2008 and manages the observatory astronomy program at school.
