The parliamentary elections in Guinea in 2002 were held in Guinea on 30 June 2002. The party of President Lansana Conté, the Parti de l' Unité et du Progres, was with 61.57 % of the vote and 85 of 114 seats, the winner of the elections.

Radical opposition parties, including the Rassemblement du peuple de Guinée (RPG, " Assembly of the Guinean people" ) and the Union of Forces for the Republic ( UFR ), boycotted the election because they emanated from counterfeits. There were 4,458,871 registered voters and voter turnout was reported to be 72.47 %. The Parti de l' Unité et du Progres won all the 38 seats that were to win in constituencies that could determine only one member, a further 47 seats came through proportional representation in the other constituencies added.

In addition to the 85 seats, which had won the president's party, the PUP won Parti Démocratique de Guinée, the Rassemblement Démocratique Africain - (PDG ) and the Alliance Nationale pour le Progres (ANP ), which also supported President Conté, some seats ( three for the PDG, one for the ANP). The opposition Union pour le Progres de la Guinée ( UPG) doubted the result and refused to accept the three seats it had won in the election.
