Gulou District, Kaifeng

The City Gulou District (Chinese鼓楼 区) belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Kaifeng in Henan Province, China. It has an area of 58.68 km ² and has about 161.300 inhabitants ( 2005). He is the center and seat of the municipal government of Kaifeng.
