Gumnaam (translated: nameless, anonymous) is a Bollywood film released in 1965 The story is based on Agatha Christie's stage play Ten Little Indians Ten Little Niggers or the story. .

Action

In a bar, seven people win a trip. With an airplane they are on their way to their destination, but traveling the airplane is forced to land on an island. The passengers and their cabin crew Anand get out. Shortly thereafter, the plane takes off again. Now they are all placed on their own. Thus, the eight persons hit by a mysterious apartment building, in which only a butler seems to live. However, the Butler is not surprised to meet the passengers and this has been expected. A little later, to give guests that they will soon die.

In fact, every night is a murder, but who is the culprit?

Happy End: The murderer is caught and the surviving passengers can leave with a small plane the island.

The song Jaan Pehechaan Ho is also played in the American film Ghost World. At the beginning of the movie the main character Enid ( Thora Birch ) is dancing to this song.
