Gungnir

Gungnir ( Old Norse for " the Fluctuating " ) is the name of the spear of Odin, the highest god of Norse mythology. With this spear, he brought the war to the world by throwing him into the army of the Vanir.

The sons of Ivaldi dwarf set forth Gungnir and gave it to Odin. Loki was the bearer. The spear never missed its target and always returned to its owner, just like Thor's hammer Mjolnir.
