Gunnarskog

Gunnarskog or Stommen is a locality ( Tätort ) in the Swedish province of Värmland County. 2010, the city had 290 inhabitants. Gunnarskog is the capital of an ecclesiastical community ( Församling ) and of a separate municipality ( Kommundel ). Until 1971 Gunnarskog also formed their own community ( municipality ) since it belongs to Arvika.

In Gunnarskog there is a church, a local museum, and a primary school. Economic lives of the place of agriculture ( pig and dairy production ) and tourism. In the past, mining was carried out.
