Gunther Schepens

Gunther Schepens ( born May 4, 1973 in Ghent ) is a Belgian footballer.

The 1.75 m wide Schepens joined as a 24 year old for season 1997 /98 by Standard Liege for Karlsruher SC. He occupied the left winger or left midfield. Schepens increased with the KSC from the 2nd Bundesliga, where he still aground one more season for the local people. 1999 Schepens returned to Belgium to KAA Gent.

Most recently, he played with black and white Bregenz in Austria. After the bankruptcy of the club in the 2004/05 season he finished his career.

For the Belgian national team, he ran in 13 international matches and scored three goals.
