Qurban Qurbanov ( Azerbaijani Qurban Osman oglu Qurbanov; Russian Гурбан Гурбанов / Gurban Gurbanow; born April 13, 1972 in Zaqatala, Azerbaijan SSR ) is a former Azerbaijani footballer and current trainer, who played in the position of striker.

He made his debut for the Azerbaijan national football team in their first-ever game against Georgia on 17 September 1992 and played there until the beginning of January 2006. During this period he scored twelve goals in 65 international matches and is the leading scorer of Azerbaijan.

He began his career in his hometown at Dashgyn and played since then for freestyle Only in Mingəçevir, the Georgian Club Mertzchali from Osurgeti, Turan Tavuz, the Russian clubs Dynamo Stavropol, Baltika Kaliningrad and Fakel Voronezh and the Azerbaijani capital club Neftchi Baku. The last club for which he played, Inter Baku. After he finished his football career as a player, he became sports director of Inter. In the summer of 2006 he went as a head coach to Neftschi Baku, since 2008 he is coach of FK Qarabağ Aghdam.
